Shane Ettinger, PLS

Mr. Ettinger is a land surveyor with over 27 years of commercial, residential, infrastructure and government related experience. He has overseen the completion of extensive utility surveys and associated easement acquisitions, surveyed properties ranging from the southern Pennsylvania border to New York’s northern tier, conducted large scale research projects to resolve boundary issues stemming from the creation of the Commonwealth, developed small to large residential communities, managed survey and GIS data sets for multiple design firms and served as the quality assurance and quality control manager for projects of varying size and complexity.

Mr. Ettinger provides survey leadership, project management, and client consultation for various projects throughout Pennsylvania. Mr. Ettinger actively represents the survey profession in the local community through career fairs and by making presentations to students in cooperation with PA CareerLink.  He also serves in an expert capacity for forensic reconstruction and dispute resolution, when called upon.
