He has surveyed and designed multiple commercial and residential development projects, including the design of drainage and stormwater management facilities, utilities, sediment and erosion control plans, driveway and road design, and permitting (NPDES, GP). Along with design, many of these projects require Mr. Howerter to work through boundary surveys to complete subdivision plans. He has also provided construction observation.
