During his career, Mr. Latterner has worked on a variety of projects types requiring UAS Services, preparation of subdivision plans, computation of existing and proposed boundaries, land development plans, highway occupancy plans, easement/right-of-way plats, legal descriptions, FEMA flood elevation certificates, and ALTA/NSPS plans throughout Pennsylvania.
