Donald O. Stevenson

Mr. Stevenson founded PennCore Consulting LLC in 2019. Prior to the inception of PennCore Consulting, he served as the operations, regulatory, construction, and engineering Field Design Engineer for Inflection Energy. He also served as a Design Engineer for URS Corporation.

Mr. Stevenson has been involved in the oil and gas industry since 2008 and has extensive experience working in the Appalachian Basin. He has designed various oil and gas projects, including stormwater management facilities, erosion and sediment control plans, road design, pipeline design, and permitting (ESCGP, GP, and JPA). He has provided construction project management and observations, land surveying, and regulatory compliance for various oil and gas operators throughout the basin.
